Field trips to local producers: Meeting Place Farm, Bayfield Berry Farm, Metzger Meats and the Sallows Gallery will show the passion and commitment farmers, fishermen and food producers have in their efforts to succeed at sustainable farming.

Enjoy a hands-on cooking class in the spirit of rural, local and fresh regional cuisine. Led by the Chef and his kitchen team you will prepare regional dishes from locally sourced ingredients.

Hands-on cooking program under the leadership of Chef Joseph Petrinac and his team.

Harvest of the County Culinary Adventure

Included: 3 Breakfast, 4 Lunches, 3 Dinners, transportation and admittance fees for outings and accommodations for the nights of October 19, 20 & 21. Special rates available if you would like to arrive early or stay additional nights.

Reservations and a deposit of 10% is required by September 7, 2010 to secure your spot. Deposit will be fully refunded if there are not enough participants. Participants will be notified on September 10, 2010 if the program will be cancelled.
