S.H.E.D. Talks Launch and Lunch

Lunch with Wheat Pete at the Brussels Four-Winds Barn for the S.H.E.D. Talks Launch.  

Join us from 10 AM – 1 PM on December 1st, 2023, for a discussion on farmers’ well-being, rural agricultural barriers and Gateway CERH’s S.H.E.D. Talks Project. The goal of the S.H.E.D. Talks project is to reduce social isolation and lessen daily stressors of farmers by building collaborative spaces to gather, build connections and support one another. In this information session you will learn how to host your own S.H..D. Talks and how to support fellow farmers affected by different stressors. 

This event will take place at the Four Wind Barn in Brussels, ON, and costs $20 per person. At the event, guest speaker, Peter Johnson (“Wheat Pete’s Word”) will be featured along with a catered lunch by Pineridge BBQ.
