Usually, there’s something happening just about every weekend on Ontario’s West Coast, from large music festivals to classic country fairs. While things look a little different these days, we hope you’ll stay tuned to and celebrate with us when we’re able!

The Alice Munro Festival of the Short Story is an annual three-day festival celebrating Canadian authors and the short story format with readings and writing workshops in the places where 2013 Nobel Laureate for Literature, Alice Munro was born and wrote about.

An annual event for over 160 years, the Clinton Spring Fair features livestock displays and demonstrations, midway, performances, and youth and children activities along with its fan favourite demolition derby.

This is the biggest horsepower sport in North America and the largest of its kind in Huron County attracting over 5,000 people annually. Voted #1 Pull of the Year for 6 years of the 20 years the event has been running.

Huron Multicultural Festival

Held in Courthouse Square Park in beautiful downtown Goderich, the Huron Multicultural Festival is a free outdoor festival celebrating the customs and traditions of Canada’s diverse ethnic populations. The festival features music and dance performances from around the world, international cuisines and licensed beer garden.

Goderich Festival of Arts & Crafts

Over 100 talented artisans from all over Canada gather on Courthouse Square in Goderich to sell their arts and crafts in this large outdoor craft show and sale. All items are unique and handcrafted.

Outdoor show of classic and new Corvettes in Clan Gregor Square in Bayfield. Vendors in the park, food booths, and Bayfield Firemen’s Breakfast. Corvette owners and spectators welcome! All proceeds go to area charities.

A fun-filled three-days to bring everyone together in Courthouse Square, Goderich to celebrate summer. Dubbed “Goderich’s Annual Outdoor Reunion,” the event features a licensed refreshment tent, live and DJ music, and family-friendly events. Proceeds support Goderich Kinsmen community programs.

Come and cheer on the pros as they play at the Seaforth Golf Course! The Seaforth Country Classic began in 2008 when it hosted the first of four Canadian Tour, now MacKenzie Tour – PGA Tour Canada, tournaments. Following these successful events it was decided to host an annual “Open” to continue to support aspiring golfers.

The TransCan Grand National Championship is a week-long festival of fun and excitement! At this annual “Celebration of Canadian Motocross,” over 1,000 motocross riders and their families cross borders and cross the country to compete for Canada’s most prestigious motocross awards.

Zurich Bean Festival

For nearly 55 years, the Town of Zurich puts on a celebration of the humble bean – an important local agricultural crop – on the 4th Saturday in August.  Pork and bean dinners, midway, bingo, car show, street vendors, FREE entertainment, licensed area, plus live bands on Friday and Saturday!

West Coast Bluesfest

Held on Labour Day Weekend in Goderich, West Coast Bluesfest includes a Downtown Shuffle Walkabout event at local venues on Friday. Show and Shine Motorcycle Show on Saturday and music on the performance stage on Saturday afternoon and night featuring blues bands and a beer tent.

Blyth Steam Show & Threshers Reunion

The Blyth Steam Show and Threshers Reunion share Huron County’s agricultural legacy with displays of antique tractors and equipment. Tractor pulls, petting zoo, music and dance competitions, children’s activities and a daily corn roast are some of the other features of this jam-packed annual event.
