Ball’s Bridge Spooky Walk

Ball’s Bridge Spooky Walk

🎃👻 The Ball’s Bridge & Little Lakes Spooky Walk Fundraiser 👻🎃

Cross Ball’s Bridge and into the enchanted spooky forest this Halloween night… if you dare!

On Sunday October 26th starting at dusk (5 pm), join Friends of Ball’s Bridge & Little Lakes for our annual Spooky Walk—a hauntingly fun trek across the historic bridge and deep into a shadowy private woodland trail.

This is a FUNDRAISER and we are asking for a minimum of $20 per family to help us pay for this event (which we have always done for free in the past out of our own pockets). This year we need to ask for donations to fight the last stretch of defending this precious and beautiful area from destruction by a massive 80 acre gavel pit. Please consider making an additional donation or the reality is this event and many other here will no longer exist as they are! Help us to protect this precious area for now and for the future.

For a charitable tax receipt use this link please: https://smallchangefund.ca/campaign/protect-little-lakes-area-from-aggregate-mining

Costumes are encouraged (you never know who—or what—you might meet along the way…). But beware: before you may cross, you’ll have to face the Bridge Troll, who will be checking tickets with his gnarly hands…and asking for donations! Photos are encouraged to share on social media too to spread the word about our fight to save the area!

To continue to create memories at events like these we truly need your support and appreciate your participation and support immensely!

At the end of your eerie journey, a warm campfire awaits—where you can settle your nerves with gooey s’mores and steaming cider, included with your entry.

This family-friendly event is perfect for ghouls and goblins of all ages—though some chills and thrills may lurk in the woods…

👀 Do you dare to take the walk?
