HOWICK

The villages of Wroxeter, Gorrie and Fordwich in the township of Howick all rest on the bank of the Maitland River. This riverside vantage gives all three quaint villages a classic storybook landscape of a “small rural village nestled among the riverbank and meadows.” The riverside location is also ideal for birdwatching in the spring and fall migrations.
