CONTEST RULES & REGULATIONS
The Tribble Photo Contest is only open to residents of Canada. The contest STARTS TUESDAY, JULY 4, 2023 at 4:00 PM EST. No purchase is necessary. The contest ENDS MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 4, 2023 at 11:59 PM EST. Winners will be privately contacted. Not sponsored, endorsed or administrated by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
Rules and Guidelines:
- The contest is open to residents of Canada. Employees of the County of Huron, or any affiliates and associates, such as employees, immediate family, and persons with whom employees are domiciled, are excluded from this contest.
- Must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
- The prize is NOT redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded. The prize is a gift certificate from a local tourism business at a value of $100.00 – no substitutions will be available; the decision is final. The County of Huron retains the right to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever. Ontario’s West Coast may not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s). The winner(s) is required to answer a skill-testing question before the prize is awarded.
- All photos MUST be original creations, and must not contain profanity, trademarks, other organizations’ logos, or any copyrighted works of any other person or business.
- The winner agrees to sign a waiver to allow Ontario’s West Coast the use of their photo, free of charge, for all printing, digital marketing and promotional purposes. Authorizing the service, without additional compensation of their name, likeness, voice/photograph, and the municipality of residence for promotion and advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including, without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture data storage) which Ontario’s West Coast may deem appropriate.
- Winners and any guests at the age of majority must sign a release form as prepared and accepted by Ontario’s West Coast acknowledging their acceptance and understanding of the complete contest rules.
- This contest is subject to all federal, provincial, and municipal laws.
- Ontario’s West Coast reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.
- Entries will be declared invalid if they are late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular, mutilated, forged, garbled, or mechanically or electronically reproduced. No communication or correspondence will be exchanged with entrants except with those selected for one of the weekly prizes.
